Delivery & Shipping Policies*

Our orders are shipped either through our own vans or via an express courier company. Our company vans are refrigerated so rest assured your perishable deliveries such as flowers and chocolates will arrive to the recipient in pristine condition.When an item is shipped and an order is cancelled, shipping fees are non-refundable.
