Our orders are shipped either through our own vans or via an express courier company. Our company vans are refrigerated so rest assured your perishable deliveries such as flowers and chocolates will arrive to the recipient in pristine condition. If you order a gift that is being shipped via FedEx, please be aware that Standard Ground Delivery provides an estimated delivery date - the delivery date provided is not a guaranteed delivery date. In some cases, it cannot be guaranteed that all of your orders will arrive at the same time.
